Add blocks to collect additional details on a job application

Part of the Recruiting Application Builder Guide describing how to use the Application Builder feature in Recruiting to create and customize the application process.

This article is for administrators.

Recruiting Administrators can create and update job applications with the Application Builder. This tool lets you choose and manage the questions and fields that applicants see.

You can create as many custom applications as you need.  This helps you match each applicant to a specific job and collect the information you need. A custom application gives applicants a clearer experience and helps you gather the right details for each job posting.

For additional details on the Application Builder, refer to Understand the Application Builder feature and resources.
