Describes how to use Interview Scorecards.

HOW DO I ASSIGN SCORECARDS TO A JOB?

  1. Navigate to the job record page.
  2. Open the Job Info Window.
  3. In the Default Interview Scorecards section, select a scorecard.

HOW DO I REQUEST AN INTERVIEW SCORECARD

When Interview Scorecards are turned On, you can click Send a Scorecard Request any time from the candidate record page.

Additionally, all Feedback Requests are replaced with Interview Scorecards. Schedule your candidate Phone Screens and Interviews normally in Recruiting! The system handles the rest.

  • If Interview Scheduling is Off, you can request an interview scorecard whenever the candidate is placed in the stage Phone Screen Scheduled or Interview Scheduled.
  • If Interview Scheduling is On, you can request an interview scorecard whenever the scheduling tool is used or whenever the candidate is placed in the stage Phone Screen Scheduled or Interview Scheduled.

HOW DO I SUBMIT A SCORECARD?

As an interviewer, you receive an email alert from Recruiting. Click the provided link.

You can now complete the scorecard and submit it. Your hiring team might have included a guide for the interview—this can be accessed by clicking Interview Guide.

You might need to decline the request if there was a scheduling error or if no one showed up! In that case, close the scorecard window and click Refuse Score Request.

HOW DO I EDIT AN EXISTING SCORECARD?

Users can edit their own scorecard within five minutes of submission. After five minutes have passed, the scorecard is no longer editable.

HOW DO I VIEW SCORECARDS?

From the candidate record, click the Scorecards tab. For specifics, click View Scorecard.

Note: You can always view your own scorecards, but some HR teams restrict access to other interviewers' scorecards.

HOW DO USERS LEAVE COMMENTS ON SCORECARDS?

Click the option button next to a scorecard and select Comment.

CAN WE DOWNLOAD OR SHARE SCORECARDS?

  • Yes:
    • Scorecards can be downloaded or shared in bulk from the Scorecards tab.
    • The same can be done for individual scorecards by clicking each option button.
