Overview and Scorecard Settings
The Interview Scorecards feature allows you and interviewers to take notes and assign scores to potential candidates for hiring.
It improves the speed and accuracy of your phone screens and interviews by using scorecards to standardize the process.
Enable Interview Scorecards in Recruiting
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. The screen opens to display the Active Jobs in your company.
- Select Admin > Interviews. The Interviews tab opens.
- Under Interview Scorecards, select Settings, and the screen updates.
- In the Enable Interview Scorecards section, select the Toggle next to the Enable Interview Scorecards (recommended) field to turn it on.
- Complete each section, then Save.
- Scorecard Visibility: Sets Standard Users' visibility on scorecards for jobs they are assigned to. A Standard User can only view their submitted scorecards if they are not assigned to the job. Admins and Staffing Users can view any scorecard in Recruiting.
- Score Range: The number range for scoring your candidates. This global setting applies to all candidates—past, present, and future.
- Scorecard Submission Requests: The default setting for when Recruiting sends alerts to interviewers. The system can also send follow-up reminders regularly if the interviewer has not submitted a scorecard. Recruiting sends a maximum of two reminders.
- In the Interview Scorecards section, select Create a New Scorecard. The screen updates with a list of default scorecards.
