How Do I Leave a Comment on an Interview Scorecard in Recruiting?

This article is for administrators and staffing users (interviewers).

Requirement: Your administrator must have already Enabled Interview Scorecards. 

 

This article describes how to leave a comment on a candidate's existing scorecard. Comments are visible to administrators and interviewers.

Steps to Leave a Comment on an Interview Scorecard

1. Log in and go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. The screen opens to display the Active Jobs in your company.

2. Click the job title, and when the job details screen appears, click the candidate you want to add an interview scorecard.  Their details screen appears. 

3. Click the Scorecards tab, and on the right, click the three vertical dots icon, and select Comment. The Post a Comment popup window appears.

4. Enter your comments and click Save. The popup window disappears, and your comment appears on the Scorecard, which is visible to administrators and interviewers.

5. To Delete the comment at any time, on the right side click the three vertical dots icon and click Delete.
