This article includes steps to send emails from within Recruiting.
How Do I Send an Email to Candidates and Hiring Managers?
- Go to the candidate record or job screen.
- At the top right of the screen, click the envelope icon. An Email popup window appears.
- Complete all necessary fields. Click Attach to add attachments or drag the files from Document Folders.
- When finished, click Send Email.
Notes:
- Use Email Templates to save time. These can be customized in Personal Settings.
- When you click Insert an Invitation, Recruiting attaches a .iCS meeting file. When scheduling colleagues for a phone screen or interview, consider the Recruiting Interview Scheduling tool instead.
