How Do I Delete Candidate and Document Folders in Recruiting?

Describes how administrators can delete candidate and document folders in Recruiting.

This article is for administrators.

 

1. Log in and go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. 

  • Your Recruiting dashboard appears.

Show the expanded Folders list and a trash can icon to click

2. On the left side, click Folders and your folder list appears.

3. Hover over the folder you want to delete, and a red trash can icon appears: 

  • To delete the folder, click the red trash can icon. 

4. When the notification appears, click Delete and the folder is removed from your list. 

Shows the Are you sure you want to delete the selected folder popup window. click delete

After you click Delete, a small notification appears at the bottom left verifying the removal.
