You can ask job candidates to provide EEO information during the application process. Providing this information is optional for candidates.
The system follows all OFCCP requirements and is fully compliant.
You can request:
- Gender
- Race or ethnicity
- Disability status
- Veteran status
You can choose to display these questions at the beginning or end of the job application.
Note: For legal and security reasons, Recruiting Support cannot change these settings for you. A company administrator must make these changes.
Set up EEO and OFCCP questions
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking to open the Recruiting platform.
- Select Admin, then select EEO/OFCCP.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Under Position of EEO Questions, choose where the questions appear in the application.
- Select the radio buttons for the EEO information you want to request. These settings apply to all applicants.

Select Save. A success message displays in the bottom right corner of the screen.
