Post jobs in multiple locations
If a job is available in more than one location, choose one of the following options:
- Create a separate job record for each location.
- Create one job record in Recruiting and post the job directly on the job board using a tracking link. Job boards may allow for multiple locations, where the Paycor-to-job board feed only allows for a single location.
- A tracking link allows applicants to apply through Paycor Recruiting while the job remains posted on an external job board or social media site.
- Applicants follow the tracking link, complete the application process, and enter the Recruiting platform for evaluation.
- For more information on tracking links, refer to Create tracking links for external job boards.
Troubleshooting
