Generate a Smart Sourcing campaign analysis in Recruiting

Describes how to use Smart Sourcing reporting for Recruiting.

This article is for administrators.

Only administrators can access reports in Recruiting.

 

Use the Candidate Source Summary report to view the history of all Smart Sourcing campaigns. Report details include the number of candidates contacted, the number of clicks, the number of interested and not interested candidates, and the number of candidates who applied. 

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking to open the Recruiting platform. 
  2. Select Analytics and then select Reports.  
  3. In the Smart Sourcing Reports section, select Campaign Analysis and Run Report. The report is created and appears in Reports > My Reports

The export will contain details to help understand the reach of your campaign: 

  • job titles 
  • recruiter 
  • campaign status (active, finished, or not started) 
  • campaign type (regular, diversity, manual message) 
  • campaign the start date 
  • how many potentially interested people were contacted 
  • how many of those people clicked to learn more 
  • the number of people who expressed interest or said that they weren’t interested 
  • the number of people who applied
