Overview
In Recruiting, you can save an email as a personal email template. You can change these templates for general use later.
Notes:
- For more information, refer to Autofill Tokens for Email Templates.
- Include any attachments you need in the email template.
- Remove your personal signature. Recruiting adds it to future emails for you.
Save an email as a personal email template
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking.
- While you are sending an email, select the floppy disk icon. The Save Email Template window opens.
- In the Save As field, type a name for the template.
- Select Save.
- To edit the new email template, select the Cog icon, and then select Message Settings.
- Select the My Templates tab.
- Select your new email template and edit as needed.
- Select Save.
