Manage notifications in Recruiting

Recruiting delivers Notifications in real-time via email or directly in the system, so you never have to miss another comment, follow-up, or action item again.

This article is for administrators.

Use notification settings in Recruiting to control how you:

  • receive alerts,
  • view notifications,
  • filter notification activity, and
  • manage notification settings for other users when permissions allow.

Set up notifications

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking to open the Recruiting platform.
  2. At the bottom left, select your name, then select Notification Settings
  3. For each notification type, choose to receive notifications in Recruiting, by email, or both.

  4. Select Save

Important

  • The notifications under My Jobs apply only to jobs where you are assigned as a Recruiter or Hiring Manager.
  • If you are assigned to a job as an Executive or Team Member, you do not receive notifications for that job.
  • For more information about roles and permissions, refer to User Types and Permissions in Recruiting

View notifications
