This article is for administrators or staffing user.

Your administrator must have enabled the Interview Scorecard feature.

Interview Guides help interviewers plan their time with a candidate by giving clear direction, sample questions, and tips on what to listen for. This article shows how to add an interview guide to a scorecard so interviewers can make the most of their interview time.

How the guide, scorecard, and candidate profile relate

The uploaded interview guide file is stored as an attachment on the scorecard. Interviewers open the file from the Interview Guide tab of the scorecard they receive.

Content that the interviewer enters in the scorecard fields, such as Custom Questions, Skills Rating, and text responses, is submitted with the scorecard and stored on the candidate's Scorecards tab in Recruiting.

Notes or answers that the interviewer types inside the uploaded guide file itself (for example, in a fillable PDF) are not read back into Recruiting. To keep interviewer input on the candidate record, ask interviewers to enter it in the scorecard fields rather than in the guide file.

Scorecards submitted in response to a request sent from the candidate's Scorecards tab are linked to that candidate automatically. No manual association is required.
