Add an interview guide to scorecards

Describes how to add an interview guide to any scorecard in Recruiting.

This article is for administrators or staffing user.

Your administrator must have enabled the Interview Scorecard feature.

The interview guide itself needs to be created outside of the platform and saved as one of these file types .CSV .DOC .DOCX .PDF .PPT .PPTX .TXT .XLS .XLSX 

 

Overview 

Interview Guides help interviewers plan their time with a candidate by giving clear direction, sample questions, and tips on what to listen for. This article shows how to add an interview guide to a scorecard so interviewers can make the most of their interview time.  

Add an interview guide to scorecards

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking to open the Recruiting platform. 
  2. Select Admin > Interviews to open the Interviews screen. 
  3. Select the scorecard that you want to update.

  4. When the details screen opens, go to the Interview Guide section and select Upload Interview Guide
  5. Select the interview guide file from your workstation, and then select Upload
  6. To preview, as though you were an interviewer, in the Preview Your Design section, select Preview Edit Mode and the Interview Guide tab. 
     
  7. To remove an interview guide, select the red Trash icon in the Interview Guide section.
