Recruiting: Notifications

Describes Notifications and Alerts in Paycor Recruiting.

This article is for administrators.

Overview

  • Recruiting delivers Notifications in real-time via email or directly in the system, so you never have to miss another comment, follow-up, or action item again.
  • This feature was previously called Alerts, but it has been renamed Notifications to reflect new and expanded functionality, incorporating the old Tracking List feature as well.

How Do I Set Up Notifications in Recruiting?

  1. At the top-right of Recruiting, click the Gear icon and click Notification Settings.
  2. For every possible notification, choose to receive it in Recruiting, by Email, or both. These settings will apply to jobs the user is assigned as a Recruiter or Hiring Manager. If the user is assigned to an Executive or Team Member job, they will not receive notifications for that job. Learn more about Roles and Permissions here.

  1. To search your notifications, at the top-right of Recruiting, click the Bell icon ( ).
