Use logos and videos in Recruiting

This article contains common questions and answers about using logos in Recruiting. Videos are not supported.

Where can I place logos? 

You can use logos in the following areas: 

  • Offer Letter Templates 
    • Logos can be added to the header and footer of a Word document template. 
       
  • Careers Page   
    • If you use a Paycor-hosted Careers Page, the Recruiting Support team can add a logo at the top of the screen with an embedded link to take visitors back to your website. 
      • Your team must host the image and send the image URL to RecruitingSupport@paycor.com
      • The recommended image height is 50 pixels.  
      • Resize the image before hosting it.  
      • The browser tab icon (favicon) can also support branding updates. 

          

Important: If you use an iframe to display content on your Careers page, your web or IT team controls all branding and images displayed on your site.  

 
 

Where can I not place logos? 

We do not recommend adding logos to the following items: 

  • Signatures 
    • Corporate signatures 
    • Personal signatures 
  • Message Templates 
    • Corporate templates 
    • Personal templates 
    • Email templates 
    • Text message templates 
  • Job Descriptions 
    • Images added to job descriptions will appear on your Careers page. 
    • Images do not pass through job feeds to job boards. 
    • To support branding, add your company logo to your company profile on supported job boards, when available. 
 
 

Can I add videos? 

No. Videos are not supported in the recruiting platform. They will not play in any of the following places: 

  • Job descriptions 
  • Communications and messages 
  • Paycor-hosted Careers Pages
