This article explains how administrators contact Recruiting Support and set up the Aggregator page.

This article is for administrators

Turn on the aggregator page

Contact the Recruiting Support Team and tell them all the companies you must have on the Aggregator Page together.

Our team can set up the necessary relationships for you.

Start using the aggregator page

Required Pre-Work: Before you use the Aggregator page, get in touch with your web developer or the person who runs your company website. They must create a new page on your company website and share the URL with you.

  1. Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. The Recruiting window appears.
  2. Select Admin > Aggregator Page. Enter the URL for the Aggregator page in the Aggregator Page URL field and select Save. The Aggregator Page URL box
  3. Copy the IFrame Code and share it with your web developer. They place the code on the new page, which creates the new Aggregator Page.the iFrame field in the Aggregator Page section
  4. When the step above is done, review the customization options. These are the most useful ones:
    • Feeds and External Job Board Links: Choose if applicants go to the business unit careers page or to the Aggregator Page when they open jobs from a Recruiting feed or an external job board.
    • How Jobs are Displayed on Your Aggregator Page: Allows you to control how the business units in your company group are named, e.g., franchise, subsidiary, sub-company, region, etc. You can choose exactly how jobs are organized and grouped.
    • Hosting Settings stays on Use an IFrame unless your company wants to fully customize every aspect of the Aggregator Page. This requires your web developer to do some coding. Contact Support if you are interested in more info on this option.
    • Mobile Settings stay on Responsive mode. If your company website does not support mobile devices, you can switch to Push mobile.
    • Allow People to submit a resume without selecting a job this allows generic submissions on the Aggregator Page and the specific phrasing that is included with the generic submission link.
    • CSS Style allows you to apply CSS styling to the IFrame contents. Contact Support if you need help to apply some styling code.
    • Landing Page Text: Text on the landing page for the Aggregator Page. It does not include job descriptions.
