This article is for administrators.

Overview

While the standard process for completing a Scorecard is to wait for a post-meeting email, you can also fill it out in real-time during your meeting. This is especially helpful if you want to capture notes while the conversation is fresh.

Steps to Fill Out a Scorecard On-the-Fly

  1. Log in to Paycor and go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. The screen opens to display the Active Jobs in your company.

Shows the left navigation as described

  1. Go to the candidate's record, click the Scorecards tab, and then click Send a Scorecard Request. A popup appears.

  • To: Select yourself as the recipient.
  • Scorecard: Choose the appropriate Scorecard template.
  • Preview the questions by clicking Preview Scorecard.
  • Guide (optional): If your team created a guide with suggested questions or talking points, you can send it to yourself here. It might also be included in your meeting invite.

  1. When you finish, click Send Email. An email is sent to you with a link to the scorecard and an interview guide (if selected).
  2. To open the scorecard immediately during the meeting, click LEAVE SCORE and the scorecard appears.
  • Use the Scorecard to take notes and score responses in real time.
