Overview
When an applicant opts in to text messaging, they receive text messages when they apply. If they do not opt in at first, they can opt in later.
Administrators and staffing users can also turn off text messaging for applicants. Text messaging must be turned on in the candidate's record before the candidate can receive text messages.
Turn on text messaging for a candidate
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking.
- Select the job title the candidate applied for.
- Select the candidate's name.
- Select the blue info icon at the top left of the screen. A popup window opens.
- Select Privacy Tools.
- Select the toggle next to Enable Text Messages.
- Select Close.
