Overview
This is Step 8 in the process to set up and use Smart Sourcing for Recruiting to view how many Smart Sourced candidates you have hired for each job that was posted, calibrated, and run a report.

Run Smart Sourcing Reports in Recruiting
- Go to People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking. The screen opens to display the Active Jobs in your company.
- At the top, select Analytics then select Report. The Reports screen opens.
- In the Candidate Reports section, select Campaign Analysis under Smart Sourcing Reports, and the option to run that report appears.
- Click RUN REPORT.
- When the Report Requested pop-up appears, select DONE.
- The report is available in Reports > My Reports.
